History: Pearl was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is her passion

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Willow would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Willow was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and an old rival family wants her found
