Personality: Pelaios speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pelaios studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
