History: Born in the west to a Butcher, Caeldrim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

History: Gifted from a young age, River studied abroad. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. River fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want her driven away
