History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Miller. He became a Miller soon after.

His hair is long and golden with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: Gormogord speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Shifting has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
