Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her hair is dark red and curly. She has white eyes and a black hat with a green feather.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born in a small desert village. Through the years after Azza was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Azza's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Mayor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nagrette grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Meriele grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Meriele. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student she started as a Scribe, but she got bored and became a Apothecary. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She's in love; and she wants to get laid

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. Her red hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are a pleasant black.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Beleth took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She bought a longsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
