Description: An older man who prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, he is not a threatening figure. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are blue.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Architect, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Mardnab is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Soapmaker job and began her own company from there.

Description: This malnourished man likes to wear green tank tops with red pants. His crest is white and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Pijjirik hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: She was born in a small desert village. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Farmer. She has never given up on her writing dream.
