Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She comes from a rich western family. After coming to the age of reason, Hecat took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
