History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Her childhood dream was to be a Stableman, but she was a colossal failure. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
