Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Robert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Decarabia grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
