History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Naal's homeland. Naal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Shamash was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and violet handkerchief worn on his right side, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has achieved small success as a Doctor.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and an old rival family wants him found
