Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Richard was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Slave Trader. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the right. Her eyes are green.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Vadania will drive conversation. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. She has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and to find somewhere to settle down
