Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Valanthe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Valanthe. After months of barely getting by, Valanthe managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Born in the south to a Painter, Astaro learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Astaro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Skamos was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'5". She is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and grey handkerchief worn on her right side. Her tied-back hair is white. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she has decided she is irredeemable
