History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kipper grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
