She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Rose never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
