History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.
