History: Ulfgar was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a worn and beaten armor, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She is a Dilettante first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Elama was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
