Description: This late middle aged man wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are red and beady.

Personality: Paymon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Paymon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by his family.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has wavy brown hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rosamund grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rosamund. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Salasar was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She has done her best to style her auburn hair to look like a famous performer. She has hazel eyes.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He tends to wear a large grey jacket. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the north. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
