She found a children's book about a Elf Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Birel abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
