The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She's in love; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by giants. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
