History: Lucan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
