History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
