Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Thar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born into a rich family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to end his boredom

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
