Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shivering was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by a spirit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'9" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her ears are large.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Merla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Merla reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he has decided he is irredeemable
