Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'3". He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greataxe. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: She is a husky woman, who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are a pleasant white.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: This woman dresses like a well dressed Guard does. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents enrolled her in a Monk school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Description: 6'10" and muscular, this western man is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are black and catlike.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He takes great joy in being the best Navigator in town.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Valafar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Valafar. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
