History: Born in the east to a Herbalist, Shava learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tree was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
