Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her ears are large.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Shifting never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Mayor. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Theriatis was born with his mother's beautiful face. Theriatis was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sailor. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
