Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Apothecary born in the past three hundred years. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She worked as a nervous Apothecary and found it very stressful. She tends to her Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: She is a Dilettante first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Malquis is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Malquis liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To protect his home.

She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
