History: Pelt was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Smoking never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
