History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Oppleby was born with his mother's beautiful face. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is dressed in an above average manner. Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Dariff reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
