Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Cloak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cloak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Spy again; and she is wracked by social anxiety
