History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A freak accident while working with his Courier father left him crippled. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ortegar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
