Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Tailor. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly morningstars and sais. He has moderate length purple hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: She dresses like a well dressed Sage does. She carries a battered axe and tarnished monstrous two handed axe as well. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her silver eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up work as a Sage and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Expand her business.

Description: This woman wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on her left hand. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is greedy

His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle
