History: Rolf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Bhevek was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bhevek's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
