History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Eva was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Eva never married again. History: Born in the east to a Mercenary, Verin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting brigands, the young Verin began to lead the lost caravan. She now owns her own business.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
