History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the south

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Darrow will drive conversation. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his brother

History: She got into the Shipwright business at a young age. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and further expansion of business
