Unvera Dunben, Female Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. She wears an entirely blue suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has a hunchback. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She takes great joy in being the best Server in town.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Unvera took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. She bought a lance and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
Ideals: Opinionated. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Job, Military, Nature. Occupation: Server
Voice: Pronounces O like U

Personality: He is fixated on the number 16. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Ella Fapplestamp, Female Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.
Ideals: Athletic. Flaws: Mundane. Bonds: Poor, Attractive, Family. Occupation: Server
Voice: Soft and mumbly

Joser Goodearth, Male Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This tall, slender man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
Ideals: Logical, Gifted. Flaws: Insane, Antagonistic. Bonds: Job. Occupation: Navigator
Voice: Scratchy, weak
