Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gruk will drive conversation. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gruk is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

History: Born in the west to a Barrister, Elysande learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
