History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right.
