Personality: He is fixated on the number 13. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Akmen was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. He tends to his Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a Scribe, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
