He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Slave Trader.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is typically in his Unemployed uniform. He wears his dark red hair up. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Mantus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To be a Courier again; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north to a Performer, Rûg learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to reunite with his old friends
