History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he likes to wear red tank tops with black pants. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 35. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Kelter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears dull brown sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed bow, just in case. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is baby faced.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Finellen liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
