History: He was raised in a island tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fivin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fivin. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kite alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and many goblins want her driven away
