History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Eggren never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Through the years after Thomas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Thomas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
