He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Adelard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Felgrat is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Felgrat was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Servant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he feels kind of lost in life

Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
