Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears his blonde hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Zook was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She carries with her a set of greatswords on her belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. Her hair is red and curly. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and brown handkerchief worn on her left side. Her white hair is thinning but still full. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. After coming to the age of reason, Tana took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
