In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sethrekar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Manea was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Description: This western man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has chestnut hair. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Gargax was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Ortegar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born into a rich family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
