History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: Kipper speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Elves. Her skin is dark but she possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a blue coat. Her red hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When Faral reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
