History: Melissa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Kerkad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Barbena wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
