History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Crown-heir profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a Servant soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to get a good night's sleep
