Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Barendd was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Barendd's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
